Getting Rid of Compulsive Habits
Obsessive compulsive habits, we all have them and they waste all our time. From constantly checking e-mails to updating your Facebook status to checking sales figures and web metrics repeatedly, there are certain little tasks that we all do excessively that eat up huge chunks of our time.
Here are a few of my compulsive habits: constantly checking my e-mail account, logging in to Facebook and other social networking websites, and checking statistics from sales figures to visitor and page view counts here at AM Beat.
Breaking these habits is tough and definitely takes time, persistence, and determination. However, the first and most important step in breaking these habits is by identifying them.
